Search Engine Optimization Cloaking
Search Engines are reading websites content which means, the more the content a website have, the better it will be for any search engine robots.
Cloaking is a Black Hat Search Engine Optimization procedure where the Search Engine Optimization Specialist records all search engines IP addresses in order to determine if the visitor of his web site is a search engine robot or not.
How'd they do that?
Search Engine Cloaking can be done using any server side script. All web pages of your web site should contain the script to check whether the IP belongs to a search engine or not. If the IP belongs to any search engine robots then they will be redirected to the page optimized specially for search engine robots. On the other hand if the script didn't find any match from his list for the visiting IP address then the scrip will consider it Human Visitor and will be redirected to the page designed for them. This is how Search Engine Optimization Cloaking works.

NOT ALL blackhat seo cloaking will result in banning. When banned it is the domain cloaking and not the site redirected to that gets banned. Also cheap amateur cloaking with java, flash via user agent is pathetic. Most blackhats are actually white hatters that gave up on slow white hat. Yes, sites can get banned but with domains as cheap as $1.50 to $4 the pro black hatter has an average of 1000+ domains to burn. If it gets blocked, so what, burn another. THe main sites never gets banned. Google and ALL SE knows this. Otherwise, cloakers can knock down competitors by cloaking them too. A to B to C is how its done. Its even easier than email spam. But both can easily make you $100,000 K per month easily. Then get them indexed by making 1000+ blogs in less than 2 days. Just my 2 cents....
